"I absolutely loved Eating Their Words... a truly unique and remarkable experience. It was the most fun evening I've had out in a long time. I met wonderful people, and the talent was first rate. To eat with and watch Tony winning actors perform right in front of me was a highlight of all of my theatre going experiences. This is a perfect engagement for a private, personal or corporate party, as well as a special night on the town in New York City."

"Eating Their Words combines two things this city does bestfine dining and theater. However, it goes one step beyond that as the actors are not isolated from the audience by a stage, but are interspersed amongst and dine with them making it a unique theatrical experience. Chef Colin Alveras' thoughtful study of the characters manifests itself in each dish. His creations are as much expressions of art as the plays themselves."

"Move over Babette! Eating Their Words is a feast no one can miss. An evening of elegant, earthy gourmet pleasures seamlessly integrated with theatrical performances of breath-taking intimacy and stunning comic power theater you can touch and taste. Eating Their Words is a total theatrical event that has to be experienced to be understood. If this is how Rome fell, Eating Their Words makes you believe it was worth it."

"I was looking for something to do on my birthday and accidentally came across this event. Needless to say I was not disappointed. Actually it made my 33rd birthday one I will never forget...I left the evening feeling that I experienced something truly unique. The food was excellent, the acting was top-notch, and the communal atmosphere was perfect. It brought together some of the most important things in life: people, food, and story. These things are often overlooked or taken for granted in the day to day and this event really let me savor them all. Whether you go alone or with a group it is something not to be missed. You do not have to be a foodie nor a theater aficionado you only need to want to have a wonderful evening. I went home feeling I made some great connections to those I met and couldn't stop thinking about the fact that I don't think there is anything in New York like it. Coming from someone who has lived here my whole life, that's saying a lot. Kudos to Marlo and the exceptional people who participated in making this happen."
